This privacy statement explains how we handle your personal data when you visit our websites or register an account on one of our platforms. Changes may be made to this statement to reflect updates to our business, services, or applicable law. The latest version is always available on our website.
2. Processing and Rights
You can request access to or withdraw your personal data at any time. Only personnel with necessary responsibilities can access these details to manage agreements and inquiries. Rokosjøen Camping AS does not share your personal data with third parties.

We collect personal data via Vipps and user entries. This data is used solely for administrative purposes, support, and execution of agreements between the service provider and customer.
Terms of Purchase
1. Seller Information
The seller is Rokosjøen Camping AS, Rokosjøvegen 835, rokocamp@hotmail.com, org.no. 922622604, referred to as the seller.
The buyer is the consumer placing the order and is referred to as the buyer.
2. Membership and Subscription
Membership is valid for the year of purchase and renews automatically at the next year’s end. It is personal and managed via Vipps or by contacting rokocamp@hotmail.com. The buyer is responsible for canceling the subscription. Membership grants access to special offers, such as sauna access, boat rentals, courses, and guided tours, subject to availability and opening hours.
3. Cancellation of Membership
Buyers have a 14-day cancellation right, provided the membership benefits have not been used. Refunds are managed via Vipps or by contacting rokocamp@hotmail.com.
4. Agreement Terms
Membership agreements are binding upon order confirmation. Typographical errors in offers or orders are exempt from this binding agreement if the buyer should reasonably recognize the error.
5. Prices
Displayed prices include VAT.
6. Payment
Payments are processed via Vipps or invoice for business agreements. Payment is due upon order placement. Invoices for businesses are due within seven days. Partial payments are not accepted. Buyers under 18 cannot pay via invoice.
7. Booking and Cancellation
Booking is confirmed upon payment and considered delivered when the visit begins. Sauna bookings must be changed at least 24 hours in advance, while changes for boat rentals must be made 12 hours before. Refunds are issued as gift cards valid for one year.
8. Cancellation for Individual Services
Cancellation rights do not apply to time-specific services, such as bookings for events, in accordance with the Cancellation Act § 19. Bookings can be transferred to another individual without cost.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date and cannot be extended. Refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase, as per the Cancellation Act.
10. Weather Conditions and Cancellations
In cases of extreme weather or force majeure, payments are non-refundable. For maintenance-related closures, customers can choose between a refund or a gift card.
11. Complaints, Disputes, and Laws
Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes will be resolved amicably, or with the Norwegian Consumer Council, reachable at +47 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.
Norwegian law governs all purchases, and disputes are handled exclusively by Norwegian courts where the seller resides.
