Terms of Sale for Rokosjøen Camping

Welcome to Rokosjøen Camping! These Terms of Sale govern the use of our booking services provided via Campio and Period and payments processed through Vipps or card. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. General Provisions
Rokosjøen Camping provides camping facilities and services as described on our website.
Bookings are made through our partners Campio and Period, subject to availability.
Payments must be completed via card (Campio) or Vipps/card (Period) to confirm your booking.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through the Rokosjøen Camping website, Campio, or Period platforms.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
A booking confirmation will be sent to your email once payment has been processed successfully.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Campio:
Guests receive a 100% refund if cancellations are made up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Guests receive a 50% refund if cancellations are made up to 2 days before the check-in date.
Period:
Seller does not accept cancellations. Changes to sauna reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the visit.
Cancellations for snowshoes and rowboat/canoe bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the visit.
Cancellation deadlines for other items (courses, lectures, etc.) are determined on a case-by-case basis.
If the buyer is a member, they can manage changes within the 24/12-hour deadlines by logging in to their account.
If the buyer is not a member, changes to bookings can be made within the 24/12-hour deadlines via email at rokocamp@hotmail.com.
Bookings are not refunded to a bank account but can be refunded 100% to a gift card. Our gift cards are valid for one year.
4. Changes to Bookings
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for adhering to Rokosjøen Camping’s rules and regulations during their stay.
Any damage to property caused by guests will result in additional charges.
6. Liability
Rokosjøen Camping is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
Rokosjøen Camping reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information collected during booking is handled in compliance with GDPR and used solely for reservation and payment purposes.
Payment information is processed securely through our partners.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law.
